How to Book
Who books us?
Our customers range from mums and tots groups to large day care nurseries. We also photograph in junior schools up to Year 6.
New Bookings - find us a new booking and enjoy a £25 shopping spree courtesy of Evolution Photos with a voucher from either Next or Tesco. You choose!
Our catchment area
Most of our customers are within an hour’s journey from our head office, please see map, but here at Evolution Photos we are a flexible bunch, so if you are not within our catchment area, please call us. We will see what we can do.
We are only a small group – will you come to us?
We ask that your venue has a minimum of 16 children.
We have more than 100 children – are we too big?
For larger nurseries and schools we prefer to visit over a few days to give enough time to capture natural photographs of every child.
Once a booking has been made
We will send you posters to advertise the booking. We will also send permission forms to ensure parents are happy for their child’s image to go on to our website's personal viewing and shopping pages. ALL IMAGES ARE TOTALLY SECURE using a password protection system unique to each parent. Parents not happy about website viewing will receive a proof pack and order form.
On the day
On photography day you need do nothing! Photographer Kath Sansom will mingle with the children to take photographs as they work and play. We do not set up a studio or have bulky equipment. We try to be as unobtrusive as possible so that staff and children can get on with the day's routine as usual.
Does Evolution Photos help our playgroup with fund raising?
Yes! We offer 10% net commission from photographic sales. Please note this is different from 10% gross. We know this is not as much as bigger national school portrait companies are able to offer; but our feedback shows time and again that parents are delighted to have the opportunity to buy contemporary, reportage- style photos of their child. The commission on top is a bonus!
