Delivery Options
Evolution Photos offers customers two delivery options:
Option 1: Free to your child's nursery
Option 2: Direct to you at a cost of £3 UK mainland £4.95 Europe or £9.95 worldwide
If you choose the FREE option 1 your photographs will arrive at nursery within 14 days of the order deadline date. If you choose option 2 your photographs will arrive at a UK address of your choice within 7 working days. For European and worldwide postage times please allow up to 21 working days. For quicker turnaround times please contact us.
Now I have been shopping with Evolution Photos will my details be passed on to other companies or used for marketing purposes?
Here at Evolution Photos we take privacy very seriously. That is why we guarantee we will NEVER use your details for marketing purposes. Neither will we pass on your information to any other companies that "we think you may be interested in." We hate junk mail and sales calls as much as you do.
I would like to shop online but I have lost my password.
Send an email to smile@evolutionphotos.co.uk or give us a call on 01354-659956 letting us know your child's photograph reference numbers from the proof sheets within your parent pack. We can then trace your password quickly and easily.
I would like to shop online but I have lost my password AND my child's reference numbers.
If you have lost your password and reference numbers then please do not call. Instead, email us with a full description of your child, their age and what they were doing in their pictures. Include, if you can, details of their clothing. We store our images in colour to make it easier to track children by their outfits and hair colour! We will do our best to find them and give you the reference numbers and password required.
How long does Evolution store my child's images?
Your child's images remain on our website shopping pages for six months. After that you can still purchase photographs but please contact us via email or telephone to arrange payment and delivery. We store your child's image indefinitely.
Can I place an order for a mix of Black and White and Colour photographs?
Yes. You can mix and match to suit your own individual requirements
I would like my photos cropping. Is that possible?
Most photos are suitable for cropping but it is best to email us first to check. When placing an order make sure you write clear cropping instructions in the comments box on the internet order page or write on the paper order form if returning your order to nursery.
My family live abroad. Can they shop online with Evolution Photos?
No problem! We have set a flat rate for shipping to Europe at £4.95 and £9.95 to the rest of the world. Please allow 21 days for European and Worldwide delivery. Please contact us if you require a speedier postal service.
Refund Policy
We have never operated a formal returns policy as we would rather solve problems so that you are pleased with your photographs... but if you're not happy with us, for any reason, then please contact us directly and we will arrange a refund for any item that doesn't live up to expectation.

As a customer you have the right to cancel your order any time before delivery and up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this simply drop us a line by email. We'll refund your money within 30 days.
If you cancel after delivery then you, as customer, are responsible for returning the items to us at your own expense. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage in transit so do, please, ensure you have adequate insurance. If reasonable care hasn't been taken of the goods before we receive them, resulting in damage or deterioration, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by the reduction in value.
Evolution Photos will refund photos and postage costs, including return costs, if photos received from us are damaged or faulty...BUT we would much rather you talk to us first to give us the opportunity to fix things.
